srilakshmimangalyamalai.com (Sri Lakshmi Mangalya Malai) is a matrimonial introduction service for the Boyar community. By registering, submitting documents, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.

All subscription fees — Standard ₹2,000 and Premium ₹5,000 — and the Jathagam add-on fee of ₹500, paid by UPI or card, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment is processed and the account or service is activated.

These fees cover administrative expenses, identity verification work, and secure database maintenance, all of which are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed.

Every user is legally responsible for the absolute truthfulness of their profile data, government ID scans, photographs and court divorce decrees. You confirm that all photographs uploaded are your own and that you are authorised to upload them.

Submission of fake information, forged documents or unauthorised photographs will result in immediate and permanent account termination without any refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

A government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Driving Licence) and a clear profile photo are mandatory. Applicants who are divorced or widowed must upload a court divorce certificate or equivalent proof. Every registration passes through AI pre-screening and a mandatory manual admin review. No profile goes live, and no member can browse matches, without explicit admin approval. Approval may be refused or withdrawn at our sole discretion.

Paid memberships are valid for one year from the date of admin activation, subject to continued compliance with these terms. The Community Starter tier (₹0) allows profile creation, ID upload, browsing and receiving interests only.

If a client uses this platform to find a match and subsequently becomes engaged or married while evading applicable fees, or attempts to bypass platform records, the client remains legally liable for all dues payable to Sri Lakshmi Mangalya Malai.

We expressly reserve the right to initiate legal action under Indian law, including civil recovery suits for breach of contract and legal notices for recovery of professional service fees, along with costs and interest.

Harassment, solicitation, dowry demands, impersonation and misuse of another member's photographs or contact details are prohibited. Members may block or report any profile; all reports route to the admin dashboard for action. We are an introduction service only and do not guarantee any match, response or marriage outcome.

Any legal dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

Every user must tick the mandatory consent checkbox agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the No-Refund Policy before completing registration and before any payment checkout.
