Privacy Policy

We collect the details you enter — name, gender, date of birth, marital status, sub-caste, gothram, mother tongue, height, weight, contact details, education, career, family background and partner preferences — along with your profile photo, government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID or Driving Licence), and, where applicable, your court divorce certificate. Birth details are collected only if you request the Jathagam service.

Your data is used to verify your identity, to approve your profile, and to introduce suitable matches within the Boyar community. Identity documents are used for verification only and are never shown to other members.

An automated AI pre-screening compares the photograph on your ID with your profile photo and checks document readability. The final decision is always made by a human administrator.

Photos and documents are compressed in your browser and uploaded over an encrypted connection to private Cloudflare R2 storage. Files are never publicly listable; they can only be opened through short-lived links issued to you or to an administrator. Profile data is stored in an access-controlled database.

We do not sell your data. Limited profile information is visible only to other admin-approved members. Data may be disclosed if required by law or by a court in India.

You may request correction or deletion of your profile at any time by writing to vijayalakshmi@srilakshmimangalyamalai.com. Deletion of a profile does not create any right to a refund.
