Cancellation & Refund Policy

All payments made to Sri Lakshmi Mangalya Malai are final. Standard Plan (₹2,000), Premium Plan (₹5,000) and the Jathagam add-on (₹500), whether paid by UPI or by card, are strictly non-refundable once processed and once the account or service has been activated.

This applies equally if you find a match elsewhere, stop using the service, delete your profile, or if your profile is terminated for breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Fees cover administrative expenses, manual identity verification, document storage and secure database maintenance. These costs are incurred as soon as your application is processed and cannot be recovered.

Payments are submitted manually with a UTR reference number and proof of payment. A plan becomes active only after an administrator verifies the payment. If a payment cannot be verified, the plan is simply not activated; no amount already received for a verified and activated service is refundable.

Disputes relating to payments are subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
